- 1 Pound Pasta – I just used what I had on hand
- 4 Pieces Bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
- 2 Large Ripe Tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 Head of Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Italian Dressing
- Salt
- Pepper
- Make your pasta according to the package instructions, drain and rinse in cold water
- Cook the bacon will the pasta is boiling
- Cut up the lettuce, tomato, onion and the cooked bacon
- Mix the Italian and Ranch dressings together
- In a large bowl mix the pasta, veggies and bacon
- Pour the dressings over the pasta and veggies and mix well
- Add the salt and pepper as needed. Serve or chill right away.
