- 2 Cups Frozen Fresh Watermelon
- 1 Bottle Barefoot Rose’ Wine
- Watermelon Wedges, to garnish, optional
- Dice up watermelon into 1 inch squares. They don’t have to be perfect squares since you will be blending them.
- Place watermelon pieces on a cookie sheet or in a ziplock back spread out so they freeze faster. Freeze for 1 hour or overnight.
- In a blender, combine the chilled Barefoot Rose’ Wine and frozen watermelon pieces . Puree until smooth.
- Garnish with watermelon wedges if you desire and want to make extra pretty.
